The Steel Basicline Internally Threaded Jewelled Heart Labret is made from our ever-popular surgical stainless steel and feature a heart-shaped crystal top! The top is internally threaded meaning not having to expose your piercing to a thread. They have a 1.2mm (16ga) stem thickness and come in varying lengths!
