To fix an attachment to a threadless stem, add a slight bend to the pin by simply inserting the pin half way and gently pushing the attachment to one side. Then push the pin fully inside the stem until the attachment fits securely. To tighten the fit, simply increase the bend of the pin. Start small, and don't bend the pin too far as you risk damaging the attachment.
