Manufactured from High Polish Implant Grade Titanium (Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136) with 25g durable Titanium Pin designed to be practical and easy to use. These tops feature a smooth, flat base on the backside which transforms into a rounded smooth cup setting with 4 prongs that securely hold the gemstone in place while keeping it close to the skin. The mounting allows light to pass through the gem, enhancing its sparkle without protruding significantly from the piercing. The Lot # & "JPN" will appear on our label of the bag of jewellery which indicates that it is sourced and milled from titanium directly made in Japan, a DFARS compliant country for titanium. We have corresponding mill certificates for these styles which can be located on our website once logged in. The certificate includes the heat # & lot # for traceability. Made from implant-grade titanium Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136 and coated with 24K gold through the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process. The PVD process fuses pure gold to the titanium at the atomic level, creating a nickel-free, chemically stable surface that won’t peel or tarnish. It’s well suited to long-term wear and ideal for healed piercings. The 24K Gold PVD layer is highly resistant to scratches, fading, and discoloration.
