The Titanium Highline Medilabâ„¢ is made of premium quality materials and has a specially designed biocompatible enamel friendly coating on the back of the labret. This coating helps when wearing it against gums and teeth. In the 1.2mm (16ga) stem thickness it is available in stem lengths from 6mm up to 10mm (in 1mm increments) with a 3mm diameter ball. In the 1.6mm (14ga) stem thickness it is available in the same lengths but with a 4mm diameter ball.
