The gold colour, once deposited, stays bonded to the titanium, and does not flake or wear off. Then push the pin fully inside the stem until the attachment fits securely. To tighten the fit, simply increase the bend of the pin. Start small, and don't bend the pin too far as you risk damaging the attachment.
